I had a great time exploring this area thanks to the hotel's convenient location near the lake, park, and cafes. The spacious room had amazing views of the surroundings and the best part was the modern bikes available for free rental! The staff were all friendly despite some language barriers and were very helpful in storing my luggage after check out.
There were some downsides to my stay. I requested a non-smoking room but unfortunately received a smoking room with stained carpets and a broken bathroom basin cupboard.

During my stay, I was delighted by the spacious twin room with a spectacular view of the lake. The hotel provided free bicycle rentals that allowed me to fully explore this beautiful area. Brand new bikes with modern equipment is what I loved the most. The staff was accommodating, and despite their little to no knowledge of English, they were very helpful. I was able to leave my baggage at the hotel and rent bikes even after checkout. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the park, cafes, the station, and near a scenic river walk.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel or this city.

The room had a beautiful view of the lake and the location was very convenient for exploring nearby cafes and parks. the best part of my stay was renting the bicycles, which were modern and new. Cycling around the city was a nice way to spend my city break.
The staff seemed preoccupied with each other and were not very attentive to my needs. I had to repeatedly ask for simple things, such as towels, and it took long to get a response.

The hotel's location is great as it offers a delightful river walk for sightseeing enthusiasts. the room was quite spacious and had a nice view. the staff are generally friendly and polite.
The hotel seems to lack details and attention to small amenities that can make a difference, such as replenishing towels or having fluent English speakers at front desk.

Great location; convenient for lake, park, cafes, and station. Spacious twin room with beautiful lake views. Free bicycle rentals on new modern bikes. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful despite limited English.
